Since posts often vary in size between Facebook and Instagram for the same client, I've included two columns where you can upload visuals for each platform. I upload images directly here, and for larger files like videos, I link them from Google Drive. That's how I do it, but you're welcome to tweak the template to suit your preferences.

I like to keep track of the number of planned posts, so I always choose the count values option. For the scheduled posts, I calculate the ones that are checked (which indicates those that have been scheduled). There are days when something comes up on the client's side and we can't go live with the post, so I need to stay organized ALWAYS.

For the stories section, we have two columns for files, because some stories are static while others are interactive (containing polls, sounds, links, etc.).
